Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All products are custom-made to order. Please allow up to five (5) business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within three (3) to seven (7) business days after processing.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within one (1) to three (3) business days after processing.
  • International Shipping:

    • Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days after processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order weight.

Order Tracking

  • Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information.

Returns and Exchanges

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Return Authorization: Returns must be authorized by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Return Conditions: Only new, unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within seven (7) business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Customs and Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
