SHIRT NINJA GLOBAL RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY & FINAL SALE NOTICE

Shirt Ninja Global operates on a made-to-order basis, meaning each product is custom-crafted upon order placement. Consequently, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted for:

  • Opened, used, or worn merchandise
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale, including discounted items and gift cards

Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders prior to checkout. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

2. LIMITED RETURN ELIGIBILITY (UNOPENED ITEMS ONLY)

Shirt Ninja Global accepts returns under the following limited conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The customer provides a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

2.1 Return Authorization Requirement

Customers must obtain prior written authorization before shipping any return. Unauthorized returns will be refused and are ineligible for refund.

To request authorization, contact Info@Shirt.Ninja with the order number and reason for return. If approved, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided.

2.2 Return Address

Approved returns must be shipped to the following address:

Failure to return an item in accordance with the instructions provided may result in rejection of the return request.

3. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify Shirt Ninja Global within seven (7) calendar days of delivery by emailing Info@Shirt.Ninja with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Photographic evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item (including product and packaging images)

Upon verification, Shirt Ninja Global may, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a replacement for the affected item, or
  • Provide a refund to the original payment method.

Failure to report such issues within the stated timeframe may void eligibility for resolution.

4. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly ineligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, used, or worn products (for hygiene and quality assurance reasons)
  • Custom-made, personalized, or limited-edition merchandise
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Sale and clearance items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

5. EXCHANGE POLICY

Shirt Ninja Global does not offer direct exchanges. Customers requiring a different size, color, or design must place a new order and, if eligible, return the unopened item under the guidelines stated in Section 2.

6. REFUND PROCESS & FRAUD PREVENTION

6.1 Refund Approval & Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of an authorized return, Shirt Ninja Global will notify the customer of the return’s approval or denial. Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days and issued to the original payment method.

If more than fifteen (15) business days have elapsed since refund approval and the funds have not been received, customers should contact Info@Shirt.Ninja.

6.2 Fraud Prevention & Abuse Policy

Shirt Ninja Global reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds if:

  • The customer exhibits a pattern of excessive or fraudulent return requests
  • The return is determined to be the result of intentional misuse or false claims
  • There is evidence of chargeback fraud or abuse of Shirt Ninja Global’s policies

Any customer found engaging in fraudulent behavior may be permanently prohibited from future purchases.

7. EUROPEAN UNION (EU) 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

For orders shipped to customers in the European Union (EU), consumers have the legal right to cancel their order within fourteen (14) days of delivery for any reason, provided that:

  • The item remains unworn, unused, and in original condition, including all tags and packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within the statutory cooling-off period.

This provision does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products, which remain final sale under EU consumer law.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Shirt Ninja Global shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use, inability to use, or delay in processing returns, refunds, or exchanges.

By purchasing from Shirt Ninja Global, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.
